PRIVACY POLICY

All records and patient information are kept completely confidential and are only released with patient written consent.

 

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Standard 24-hour cancellation policy requires patients to call at least a day ahead to cancel/reschedule or pay (in full) for the time reserved.

 

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS

Illness Protocol:

I will not treat you if I am sick and I'm happy to wear a mask anytime for any reason.

Please do not come in for treatment if:

*you’ve tested positive for Covid or have been exposed to someone who has tested     positive.

*you have suspicious (cold, flu, Covid) symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone with symptoms

*call or email me to help clarify any uncertainty about coming in for treatment

​

 

PAYMENT 

Payment is due in full at time of service and can be cash, check, Paypal or Venmo.

 

Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider, which means if your insurance policy covers acupuncture, I can give you a receipt to submit for reimbursement. Acupuncture is also eligible for coverage under Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Accounts.
